Republican presidential hopeful, Tom Tancredo, gets a $400 haircut from Hair Biz owner David Holden Friday in downtown Concord. Holden challenged presidential candidates to come in for a $4oo haircut promising to donate the money to charity after hearing about the much publicized $400 John Edwards haircut. Tancredo is the second candidate after Mike Huckabee to take Holden up on his offer.
